The apples are beginning to ripen. We will check nets and probably be picking early apples, although the season seems to be late this year. Mowing and whipper-snippering, plus some weeding and checking of nursery plants. Watering if necessary. We have air-layered some hawthorns, so will check them to see they are OK.
